What does GMO stand for? Genetically Modified Food.
As of right now they are not legally forced to state when a food contains GMOs. The only time you can really know if a food is free of GMO’s is if it says on the label ‘CONTAINS NO GMOs’. Otherwise it is safe to assume the food you are consuming has some GMOs in it considering that about 94% of soybeans and about 74% corn...
